Callwhere Lite 24 Features
Callwhere Lite 24 call accounting software supports up to 24 stations (extensions) and, if your phone system provides the right data, Callwhere® Lite will:
- Provide flat rate costing for all outgoing calls (local and long distance)
- Provide Caller ID, including city and state information
- Provide city and state information on all outgoing calls
- Produce Station, Trunk, and Daily Call Analysis reports
- Print and e-mail reports
Sample Reports
Callwhere® Lite provides the following reports (sample of one week of calls):
Station Reports
- Station Detail (Grouped by Station) - groups call records by stations with each station printed separately.
- Station Detail (Ungrouped) - sorts call records in chronological order.
- Station Usage Summary - summarizes outgoing, incoming, and transferred call records for all stations. Sub-totals include local calls, long distance calls, total number of calls, total number of minutes and the cost total.
Trunk Reports
- Trunk Detail- Identifies all calls by line (Trunk).
- Trunk Usage Summary - Prints Line (Trunk) Usage Summary.
- Trunk Group Usage Summary - Prints detailed call information per station, with each station printed separately.
Call Analysis
- Daily Call Analysis Summary - Summarizes all calls by the day of week and time of day for reporting period.
