Limited End User Support
A&A Teledata Services, Inc. provides free technical support for our active re-sellers. Registered end users receive free telephone support for 30 days from the date of installation.
End User Support Agreements
End users may purchase an annual support agreement directly from A & A Teledata. The End User Support Agreement includes:
- one year of unlimited telephone support
- quarterly NANP updates
- as well as software updates
