External Billing Module

The Callwhere® External Billing Module provides the ability to create call costing files that interface with Property Management and Billing Systems. The module enables the Call Collector program to save call record information in a text file which is configured per the requirement of the receiving systems.

Callwhere® Pro provides pre-formatted files for Club Systems, Pro Law and Rez Book. Callwhere® Pro also includes a custom format option that configures the text file format for importing to virtually all Property Management and Billing Systems. This also includes the ability to output the text record to a serial port as well as writing to a file.
