The Callwhere Program Group

Callwhere® Pro 2005 call accounting for Windows provides a complete and economical solution to your call accounting software needs. Callwhere® Pro consists of the following programs for configuring and administering the collection of your call data.

Call Collector

The Call Collector captures the call information from your phone system. The Call Collector processes and saves the call information in real time for immediate reporting availability.

Call Manager

The Call Manager program is used to configure extensions, departments, divisions, and cost centers; add account codes, alert numbers, and DNIS numbers; set security options; and manage the processed calls from your phone system.

Installation

The Installation program is used to set up the interface with your phone system, set call processing and costing options; select toll fraud parameters; and back-up and restore your system configuration.

Reports

The Reports program provides more than 100 preconfigured detail and summary reports and charts. The Reports program lets you set up scheduled reports to be emailed, printed, or sent to a Web server on an hourly, weekly, or monthly basis. View sample reports.

Area Code Pricing

The Area Code Pricing program provides the ability to set call pricing by area codes and exchanges within area codes. The Area Code Pricing database contains the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) and the city and state of each exchange within an area code. This information is used to identify the city and state along with the number called on outgoing calls, or the Caller ID on incoming calls.
