Daily Call Analysis
- Daily Call Summary- Summarizes all calls by the day of week and time of day for the reporting period
Station Reports
- Station Detail - Lists all calls for a station or group of stations
- Frequently Called Numbers - Lists the number of times an extension dialed each phone number.
- Department Summary - summarizes outgoing, incoming, and transferred call records by station for a group of stations. Includes sub-totals for outgoing local and long distance calls, total number of calls, total number of minutes and the total cost.
- Account Code Detail - List of all calls made on behalf of a client (account code).
Trunk Reports
- Trunk Detail- Identifies all calls by line (Trunk).
- Trunk Usage Summary- Prints Line (Trunk) Usage Summary.
- Trunk Group Usage Summary- Prints detailed call information per station, with each station printed separately.
