Centralized Multi-Site Call Accounting

The Remote Sites Feature is a module for Callwhere® that enables centralized processing and reporting of call data collected from multiple sites and phones. The Remote Sites Feature integrates with the Callwhere® Pro program installed at the central site and allows it to generate reports for remote phone systems.

At each remote site, the Callwhere® Remote SMDR Collector collects call data from the remote phone system and saves it to a file. That file is then either moved to a directory on the WAN or (if no WAN exists) sent to the central site via email. Then, from the central site, the Remote Sites Feature can process and generate reports about the remote phone system. Contact us for more information.
