Types of End User Support
A&A Teledata offers two kinds of support to end users: Limited Support, and annual End User Support Agreements.
Limited End User Support
A&A Teledata provides free technical support by telephone for 30 days, starting from the date of installation. This support is intended to help you set-up and configure your software to your particular phone system.

End User Support Agreement
End users may purchase an annual support agreement directly from A & A Teledata. The End User Support Agreement includes:
- one full year of unlimited telephone and online support
- quarterly NANP updates
- and any updates for your software
