The System Is Not Processing Calls
There are several possible reasons the software will not process call records
- No data being sent to the PC
- The wrong Phone System has been selected in the Installation Utility
- The SMDR format is not set correctly in Callwhere®. (See Custom Integration in the Installation Manual)
- The "Delete Call Records under __ seconds" is selected. Change this to the "Process All Calls" option.
