The Security Key
To prevent its illicit use, Callwhere® requires the use of a security key (included with your software). If you cannot print with the security key attached to your LPT port, check the following possible solutions:
- The Security Key is not securely tightened in the LPT port.
- The printer cable is not making a complete connection with the Security Key.
- If you are running Win 95 or Win NT you need to download updated print drivers to print.
