"Device Unavailable" Error Message
The Com port you are trying to access is not functional. There are several possibilities:
- The wrong Com Port is selected in the Callwhere® Installation Utility under the "Setup Communications Interface" icon
- The selected Com Port is not installed on the computer.
- There is a conflict with another piece of hardware that is using that Com Port (i.e. mouse)
