Applying New Changes to Older Data

If changes are made to the software setup they will not be reflected in data that is already collected. There is a quick and easy way to implement the new settings so that the reports will reflect them.

  1. Stop the Call Collector
  2. Opening the Callwhere® Call Manager
  3. Click the "Archive, then Delete Call Records" icon - to Backup the records before erasing.
  4. Select the Date Period in which you want to delete call records
  5. Click the "Retrieve Archived Call Records" icon and select the name of the file you just saved.
  6. Answer "YES" when it prompts you to Process the Records.

Any generated report will now reflect the new changes to the software set up.
