Purging Data
When the System Database gets too large, it can slow resources, corrupt databases, and use up necessary disk space. It is good to purge the system of all call records when they are no longer necessary. Purge data by following these steps:
- Stop the Call Collector
- Open the Callwhere® Call Manager
- Delete the call records:
- Click the "Archive, then Delete Call Records" icon - to Backup the records before erasing.
- Click the Delete Call Records icon - to Delete without saving the information.
- Select the Date Period in which you want to delete call records
